🚨Rabbitohs Rd16 Team List & Pathways Games Cancelled For 2 Weeks🚨

The South Sydney Rabbitohs are pleased to announce their NRL squad for round 16 against the Wests Tigers to be played at Leichhardt Oval this Sunday 4 July at 4:05pm.

Rabbitohs Head Coach Wayne Bennett has named a 23-man squad due to the Rabbitohs’ level of representation in State of Origin Game II last Sunday night. The squad includes all five of the Rabbitohs players that played for their state in Brisbane on Sunday.

Hame Seles’ excellent form gains him a well earned starting role up front for the injured Junior Tatola.

Liam Knight returns to the 17 & is set to play his 50th NRL game in South Sydney colours this Sunday against the Tigers. Campbell Graham will play in his 100th game for the Rabbitohs in all grades.

Benji Marshall will surpass John Sutton and Brad Fittler on the game’s all-time first grade game list this Sunday and draw level with former team mate Darius Boyd in equal-ninth position on 337 first grade games.

All Jersey Flegg & NSW Cup games for the next two rounds (Round 16 and 17) will be officially cancelled due to current COVID restrictions. Teams that were due to play on these rounds will recieve a Covid draw 1 point each and any teams that have byes in those two rounds still recieve two points as per normal.

If restrictions are lifted at the end of the fortnight competitions will resume again as per normal in Round 18.

This is an ever changing situation & more will be known at the end of next week from the government.
