Today we had a chat to Souths captain Adam Reynolds & star centre Campbell Graham in the Rabbitohs Zoom press conference.

Adam Reynolds revealed that his knee is ok & he trained well today.
Reyno also said that he will likely be having the week off & has been assisting coach Wayne Bennet training the team. He even joked that he might give the master coach a tap on the shoulder & take the coaching reins this week against the Dragons.

When asked about resting players Reynolds said that it presented a good opportunity for some of the younger guys & he was confident the next man up can do the job.
Reyno said that it’s exciting times for Blake Taaffe who will replace Latrell Mitchell at fullback.

When asked about the Latrell Mitchell incident Reyno said that no one goes out there to hurt anyone & that Trell is doing ok.
When pushed for further comment Adam did extremely well by simply saying he was in the sheds getting strapped at the time & he won’t be offering any opinions on the sin bin or send off, length of suspension etc questions.

It was a steady & measured performance from the legendary Rabbitohs team captain.
Campbell Graham told us that he too is looking forward to seeing Blake Taaffe in action stating that ‘Taaffe has been working really hard’.

On teammate Cameron Murray who notched up his 100th game in the big win over the Roosters he said that it’s been a pleasure playing alongside him, he would make a great club captain & that off the field he’s a fantastic bloke.

‘Cameron is definitely a leader in our group & when he talks we listen so yes I believe he could fill the vacant captain role next year for sure’.

Campbell told Grant Chappell that he’s been having a surf on the Golf Coast & it’s been a fun change of pace.
