I am shocked & saddened to hear of the passing of Shane Warne who passed away in Thailand today of a suspected heart attack aged 52.

I created a tribute to the iconic spin bowler almost 10 years ago using Paul Kellys’ song so I suppose today it’s worth another look. It’s had 30k views & I always wondered if Warney had watched it, now I’ll never know.

This just got sent to me. It’s my first day with Ch 9 way back in 1993 (young & fresh😂). Had a great 25yrs with 9 as they revolutionised televising sport.
